Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Polychrome Goods tags remain attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation once our warehouse processes the arrival.
